BENEVOLENCE Director: Glenda Thomas We adhere to the call of Christ to: feed the hungry, clothe the naked, shelter the homeless, and tend to those that are sick and in bound. This ministry incorporates a wide variety of resources to ensure that no one in our congregation is in lack and also that we fulfill the basic human needs of those in our community.

BUILDING & GROUNDS Contact: Deacon West Gordon The building & grounds ministry is responsible for the land and property we own. This ministry ensures that all equipment and supplies are inventoried and accounted for and that the appearance of the City on a Hill’s edifice remains accommodating and comfortable.

C.A.V.E. (Christian, Ambitious, Visionary, Empowered) MEN Contact:Overseer: Pastor Mark Holloway The intent and content of this ministry rests in its designation. This ministry provides frequent opportunities for men to come together and "let it all hang out," while being taught and mentored in the word to grow into the C.A.V.E. men God purposed for them to be.

DISCIPLESHIP Contact:Overseer: Pastor Mark Holloway Every new member to the church is assigned a mentor who has been trained and developed to help stabilize and establish him or her as they initiate a new walk with the Lord. This ministry provides the training for the mentors and monitors the relationships to ensure that all members are receiving the individual care they need.

EDUCATION Administrator: Of the five major focal points of COAH's ministry, education receives the greatest emphasis. We believe that you can only do what you know, so this ministry equips the saints with a greater understanding of God's overall purpose as well as more specific development for societal achievement. Some of the aspects of this ministry are: Bible study for the entire congregation; New Horizons Class for new Christians and members to the church; Timothy's Class for those called to pastor; Stephen's Class for those desiring to be deacons; and a functional spiritual and academic library for individuals seeking higher intellectual achievement.

EVANGELISM Ministry Leader: This ministry makes sure that all interested members are properly armed with the sword of the spirit which is the word of God. The particular focus is to help these members develop in the area of apologetics, being ready, willing and able to defend their faith and methodically invite others into a relationship with Christ.

FELLOWSHIP Coordinator: Jada Warmick Regular opportunities of collective church interaction are presented. Wide ranges of activities are used to foster familiarity and sense of family within our congregation. This ministry plans and oversees these activities.

MEDICAL MINISTRY Ministry Leader: Andrea Gordon, RN Because God not only wants us to grow spiritually but to prosper and be in health physically, this ministry provides needed information and activities for our members to stay fit and healthy. This group of medical members also provides temporary emergency care for members needing this attention during any services.

PRAISE and WORSHIP Overseer: Pastor-in-Training Mike Alexander This ministry is responsible for providing an orderly yet liberated and liberating worship experience. A few of the sub-ministries that afford these unique worship experiences are: the Praise Team, COAH Choir, Praise Dancers, Ushers, Security, and Audio/ Visual Team.

TRANSPORTATION Coordinator: Deacon Eddie Walton The transportation ministry ensures that all members without vehicles make it to church services and activities. This ministry trains the drivers and escorts to make certain the ride is always pleasurable. Furthermore, the transportation ministry provides assistance to the elderly and single mothers to doctor appointments and other needed errands.
